Title: Just me

Hello all of you.
Hubby had three days off for Labor Day weekend.
We went about our usual shopping on Sat.
Sunday we brought gifts to the nursing home as it was my brothers 58th birthday.
We took him new house shoes, PJ's, a new electric razor, and other gifts.
We found a small cake and flowers and took it all into his room. He loved his razor, and house shoes.
About all he wears are slippers and PJ'S.
He ate a piece of Birthday cake with milk, and several nurses stood at the door of his room and we all sang Happy Birthday to him.
He seemed to enjoy it all.
He hardly talks anymore and mostly lays in bed all day.
He will go to the dinning room to eat his meals.
Hubby shaves him and trims his hair and we see to it that he has clean clothes. I wash his clothes at home.
We always ask him if there is anything he wants, but he hardly answers yes.
It is sad to see him like he is, but there is nothing we can do but give him love and make him comfortable.
He has a cell phone and can call us if he needs anything.

Monday, hubby and I went to Sears and ordered a new washer and dryer.
My old set still works good, but are 22 years old.
I guess it is about time I got new ones.
:D
Anyway that tropical storm Hermine down the gulf that went into Brownsville Texas has given us tons of rain here in Houston.
It is so dark out it is like night time.
I hadn't been on the puter for days, so I though of you all and wanted to say hello and hope all is well with you all.

I hope you all had a wonderful Labor day and cooked out and had some good food and beers.(Burp)
<3
It is still going to be in the 90's here for a while longer but fall is peaking it's head out and it will get cooler by Oct. or after.
No more 100F.
Just watching to see if we will miss the hurricanes here in our gulf area.
So far, so good.

Hugs to you all and a happy week to you.

Good night Roo. I hope this rant finds you well.
The big week-end's over, huh? Pretty much the summer for me. I do dock work and when the summer folks start packing it in, that's it. We'll work pretty much rain or shine for the next sixty days straight. Great thing about working on a lake this size, if the weather gets bad we just go to the other side. I'll drive to sunny patches sometimes I can see 15 miles away ^_^
I tried not to bug you much but I had a rocky spring season. Just sucked it up, or buckled down, or whatever...I did ok. I'm looking forward to a good fall season too. If Sis writes and tells you I dropped dead or something you'll know that didn't work out for me xD It is what it is, sure keeps getting tougher though. I feel good when I'm out there doing it but I'm pretty stiff by the time I crawl out of the truck at night. I could lose a few pounds. Usually the winters keep me fit but I had a little catching up to do this year. All that fantastic hospital food catching up if you ask me xD One thing they didn't bitch about was my appetite.
Lol, I'm rambling, another thing that comes with Autumn, perhaps, on a grander scale.
That's my rant, goodbye summer, is all. I hope, looking back, you all think it was a good one.
I'll miss the swimming as much as anything. We might get a few more dips but they'll have to be quick ones. The kids are back in school and my garden's turning brown and I'll be in chest waders now almost till the snow flies. Crackin' some jokes with the few young guys that work with me, turning my face up when the sun pokes through, and putting my head down when the wind blows. I guess I couldn't have a better view from my office.
I look forward to a post from MH about another season coming to a close, if she will. She sure has a way with words.
Break out the cocoa MM :D
Love and peace.

Title: Hey Hd

My moonbeam made it home and brought our little stars with her :) My heart is heavy as i see her sadness but my heart also was happy too, My family is home. Our labor day was spent playing baseball and watching "a night at the museum"" The smithonian" and going to Dennys. Neal and Josie are now headed to bed, we were watching Boise st and Va.tech play football. Its funny how the things that one might deem every day activity becomes very precious. My wife and I laid in bed earlier today, she held my hand close and then wrapped my arms around her tight. It was one of those moments of closeness where fear and insecurities were far away and the only thing there was love and the sweet whispers shared between lovers. I went today to one of my favorite places in the world..My Moonbeams heart. Its a beautiful place...Think I'll stay awhile :) <3

I like dressing up. Not just putting on a fancy or sexy dress, but I like to start with the basics. I love sexy lingerie. Sexy underwear makes me feel sexy. I like lace and satin. I also like thongs. Sometimes Ill put on a skinny little thong, a nice short skirt, no bra, and an almost see thru blouse, lol. I have to admit, I do have a nice set of tits, and I work hard at keeping them nice and firm and perky. I was blessed with a perfect size (38dd) and I take care of them. It turns me on to know that I turn a few heads when I go shopping, lol. A lot of times I'll go shopping and have to cut my trip short because I get so wet. I have to run home and 'take care of things', lol.
I think my favorite colors for bra and panties are black and red. And of course the bra and panties match! I like shoes too, but that's a whole other story, lol.

Hmmmm, I think it's time to get dressed and go shopping... xP

Found this story and just had to shave it with you all.

Colby is blind & deaf but can teach us all a lesson on life.

Colby is the most special kitty. He will teach you what life is all about. He was born a perfectly healthy kitten. He went in for his routine neuter and had a sever reaction to the anesthesia. He woke up a very sick little guy. He was at a 24 hour vet in critical condition for three weeks. Then he came home to my house and he had to relearn how to walk, use the kitty box and eat. He lost his sight and hearing. He can hear vibrations and reacts almost like he can hear. He can also hear high pitched sounds like a baby crying or kittens crying. Both of which are in my house. I clap my hands and he comes to me. It has been 5 months and I am happy to say you wouldn't even know he has any disabilities. He didn't let anything hold him back. He can walk normal & find the cat box. Never has accidents. He knows how to get to his food. Cuddles with all the cats in my house, both young and old. He has so much determina! tion. 4 weeks ago he taught himself how to climb up my stairs and now he can come down the stairs as well. When he wants something he hollers so I know he either wants food or to be picked up or to get in my bed to cuddle and sleep with me. He is one independent guy and I have learned so much from him.

Barack OBAMA, during his Cairo speech, said: "I know, too, that Islam has always been a part of America 's story."

AN AMERICAN CITIZEN'S RESPONSE:

Dear Mr. Obama:

Were those Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims first landed? Funny, I thought they were Native American Indians.

Were those Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving day? Sorry again, those were Pilgrims and Native American Indians.

Can you show me one Muslim signature on the United States Constitution?

Declaration of Independence ?

Bill of Rights?

Didn't think so.

Did Muslims fight for this country's freedom from England ? No.

Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America ? No, they did not. In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery. Your own half brother, a devout Muslim, still advocates slavery himself, even though Muslims of Arabic descent refer to black Muslims as "pug nosed slaves." Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family's "rich Islamic heritage," doesn't it, Mr. Obama?

Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country? Not present.

There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King, Jr. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights.

Where were Muslims during this country's Woman's Suffrage era? Again, not present. In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the Islamic culture. So much so, that often they are beaten for not wearing the 'hajib' or for talking to a man who is not a direct family member or their husband. Yep, the Muslims are all for women's rights, aren't they?

Where were Muslims during World War II? They were aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from the Nazi's in killing Jews.

Finally, Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001? If they weren't flying planes into the World Trade Center , the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the Middle East . No one can dispute the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other cable news networks that day. Strangely, the very "moderate" Muslims who's asses you bent over backwards to kiss in Cairo , Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent post 9-11. To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day.

And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the "rich heritage" Muslims have here in America .

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot to mention the Barbary Pirates. They were Muslim.

And now we can add November 5, 2009 - the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort Hood by a Muslim major who is a doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be counseling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan .

That, Mr. Obama is the "Muslim heritage" in America .
