Definitely not those patches and/or medinices you see advertised. Perhaps some of the more modern ones on TV which requires a healthy diet (not starvation) and the proper exercise.
If you can afford it join a spa where they have trained instructors. You can probably maintain your present diet, if not too fatty, but you will be under strict exercise supervision and that is the main thing.
To many who exercise for weight loss give up to easily and that defeats it's purpose. In other words, if it doesn't hurt it probably isn't having any effect. Shortly the hurt will leave and the fun begins.

I didn't really answer your question as asked did I? There is NO GOOD HEALTHY way to loose weight FAST. Remember, you didn't put it on over night so don't expect to take it off over night.
Follow the instructions and you will notice a loss immediately but as time goes on you will note the same exercise and dieting but the weigh has ceased to go away as before. That's because you have lost body fat before and now you are loosing body fat but at the same time building up muscle. So, stick with it. A well trained supervisor will probably tell you this when you start.

lots of water...you will feel full and eat less...also keep a notebook and write down every single thing you eat or drink and how much, you will see a pattern and start disciplining yourself at your own pace. also do some walking it will keep your metabolism going.

I wasn't going to comment but I see that the nurse didn't mention divorce or industrial accidents.

Hippie Dad is spot on here. Most people report losing up to 15 pounds of ugly fat just by having their head removed.
Seriously listen to the nurse here. 2 pounds a week may not sound like much but that is 104 pounds a year.

lets look at this in a simple way, say you put 20 gal. of fuel in your car every day, you only drive 5 miles per day. Your fuel tank can expand to accept the excess fuel, not long before you have one large fuel tank behind you.

You need a low calorie diet. Up yo ur protein intake a little. Limit your sugurs. You need to do 30-40 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week. HIIT cardio is the best. In order to loose weight, you must use more calories than you consume. The less you eat however, the more muscle mass you will loose. Im a "body builder" so i know my stuff. oh and before any one bashes me for that, im not a pro obviously.
