Dolphin Of The Sea Casserole

Hey everyone just had an Australian friend (not Aussie O.)send me some Kangaroo meat really didn't put it on a pizza but dam it was tender and yummie too.

Saw my other post/thread was getting lost in all the other nicey nicey crap that everyone seems to be writing now so started this one.

Oh still trying to figure out how much it would cost me to build a housecompletelyout of elephant tusks.And how many 2x4's I can get out of one.I know it will all depend upon the size of the tusk.


Lunch time here and having my famous Dolphin of the sea Casserole. Supper yummie.

No I don't really like soup I stick with meat and potaos type of person Aussie O.Although have you ever had any dingo stew?Gotta get them when there pups and nice and fender I would imagine.

BTW whats in that shitstirers soup?Kola bear or Kangaroo or any type of animal exterments

Reminds me of a family I know - the dad says in a matter-of-fact way that he's gonna go shoot some squirrels to make Brunswick Stew with. Everytime he ever said this I would grimace, which I'm sure amused him & was part of the reason he would bring it up. Then one time I looked up an old recipe for Brunswick Stew and it really did call for squirrel meat! Has anyone tried it? Don't a lot of squirrels have rabies? Yucky!

Hi steve, No AB squirrels dont carry alot of rabies. They can but it is not common. Squirrel is good eatin. Just takes a mess of them to get a good meal and I dont like cleaning them. I have when i was a younger enjoyed several meals of squirrels

Don't know if it was called Brunswick or not but Mamma made some really tasty stews with squirrels, chickens, ducks, pigs, well I did live on a dairy farm when I was lots younger. Ha!

I've cooked up some good rabbit stew as well as squirrel, raccon and beaver. It's part of living in the northwoods.

And Montana moose, elk, antelope, bear, and pheasant....And, in my opinion, Wyoming deer are the best. I think it's that they are sage fed. Did I mention river crawdads?????
