Hey All!

So i have a few questions for everyone, if you could please take your time to answer them that would be greatly appreciated.

Do you use the Recent Confessions Link?
Would you prefer 5 categories that just display the most recent confessions?

Do you use the "Top 100", "Best of the Week", or "Random" links on the left?

What would you like to see from Roofessions? Maybe make the site easier to use?

How about a better working CAPTCHA system? lol

Hey Everyone!

What does everyone think of the facebook "Like" button?

The great thing about the new button is that you're still anonymous! You can share these confessions with family, friends, colleagues, or complete strangers without anyone know if you wrote it, or who you are! It's a great way to bring more people into the website.

Anyways, please share your thoughts. Thanks!

I fixed the edit bug where you wouldn't be brought back to your comment. Now when you save your edit you will be brought back to the confession.

Also, the Recent Comments area will now show only 1 confession per recent comment instead of a bunch of the same confession.

Please report any bugs you find through the Send Feedback link.

Yes! It is!

So we have a bunch of new features here... But you can figure them out for yourself.

If you have any problems, suggestions, or find a bug, please reply to this post or send us Feedback (We prefer Feedback because it e-mails us).

Another cool think you can do is click on the calendar of the confession if you want to save it to your favorites. To remove it from your favorites, just click on the calendar again . I know this is confusing, but it will be made much easier in the future.

*** UPDATE ***
Because of an issue with "following" users, the feature has temporarily been disabled.

The Phantom... i mean New Update is coming!

Everyone will have a better experience with the new update coming soon... or so i hope. Here's what's on board:

My Account: An area for registered members only. Here you can change your password, e-mail, view your followers (more explained below), and see all your posts.

Followers: A new feature where you can follow a fellow registered roonfession-er. You can enable daily e-mails sent to your e-mail address you registered with, and these will contain posts by your followers and new roofession posts in general.

New Search Engine: Since google search isn't doing much right now and google fails to re-crawl the new urls of roofessions.com, then I will be rolling out our own search engine.

And of course a bunch of administrative stuff for us guys taking care of spammers...

We're not on version 2.5.1. I changed the way permissions now work here on Roofessions.com.

To edit or delete your post, you need to be a registered user. This is because AOL users were able to edit and delete each other's posts.

Again, you are welcome to register, it is FREE. Its confidential. Registered information does not leave our database, nor do eyes even see this data.

There's a new page up for you to submit feedback to me. You may submit anonymously or sign your name. You can also use this to pitch any ideas you have for for the website!

For the time being, you can also use this to contact me if you have account problems until we get our new member system up and running.

Now it's required that you add a title before every confession! We do this so that you can summarize your confession and possible catch people's attention.

Please go back and edit your confessions to add titles! This will also help the site greatly!

Also, expect a new FeedBack page. We're always looking for new ways to improve the site

Question for everyone...

What do you think about facebook integration on this website?

I think it'd be great to bring more people in, connect with friends, etc, but this is suppose to be Anonymous so.... Ideas? lol
